The bylaws of Johnson Run Homeowner's Association, Inc require that an annual meeting be called each year for the purpose of selecting the Board of Directors for the upcoming year. The Board of directors server a 2 year term.

Additions (e.g., all outbuildings, fences, in-ground pools, etc.) require the advance, written approval of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Importantly, remember that ALL Johnson Run residents must abide by the neighborhood's covenants and are subject to the same rules, regulations, and enforcement. Please consult the restrictive covenants for instructions for submitting a request for approval to the ACC.

All dues collect go towards keeping up the grounds, paying for our contractors, and utilities payments.

In short, covenants ensure our community is attractive to buyers and thus, they provide a measure of stability to the large financial investments we make in our homes. But, of equal importance, covenants are a framework we utilize to dwell in harmony with one another.

The only neighborhood amenity that can be reserved is the pavilion. Residents can reserve the pavilion through the Johnson Run website. The pool, tennis courts, and playground cannot be reserved and are for the exclusive use and enjoyment of Johnson Run residents. The neighborhood's amenities may not be reserved for or rented out to outside groups, businesses, or organizations.

No. Individual lot owner's property lines extend into the power line areas, and Georgia Power has an easement that prevents certain activities (i.e., construction) under the lines, but the property is individually owned.
