About
Established in 2005, Johnson Run is a distinguished residential community located in Statesboro, Georgia. Comprising over 260 homes, our neighborhood is notable for its extensive range of amenities, which include a larger outdoor community pool, tennis courts, a pavilion with green spaces, a playground, and several scenic ponds.
Johnson Run is situated within the highly regarded Southeast Bulloch School District, providing residents with exceptional educational opportunities.
As a covenant community, Johnson Run is governed by a Homeowners Association, ensuring the maintenance of high standards and fostering a cohesive community environment.
Committees
The following committees help to manage the business of the Johnson Run Homeowners’ Association:
Social Committee - charged with organizing various social events throughout the year for family fun. In the past this has included: end of school pool parties, Easter egg hunts, Halloween socials, and other community gatherings for family fun and fellowship.
Welcoming Committee - charged with visiting new residents and connecting them to our wonderful community of neighbors.
Pool Committee - charged with overseeing the maintenance and overall condition of the pool as well as providing suggestions for updates and problem solving.
Maintenance Committee - The maintenance committee focuses largely on ground maintenance to include landscaping, water fountain upkeep, lighting inspections, and irrigation audits (with contracted vendors). They are responsible for our beautiful grounds.
